We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and initiating conversations. Your goal is to identify high-quality prospects and set the stage for successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and research
- Identify customer needs and determine how our solutions can meet them
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and lead generation strategies
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
