We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager
This role is Remote, United StatesCornerstone is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. We are looking for a creative, driven campaign manager to join our team and focus on building compelling, bold marketing campaigns that create real pipeline.
If you are looking to repeat the same buzzword-filled, boring email copy in every inbox – this job isn’t for you. We need someone willing to test, execute and find new ways to bring Cornerstone’s technology to the market.
In this role you will…
- Partner with key stakeholders to plan and execute impactful multi-channel campaigns to drive growth and retention in our North America client base
- Gather input from Account Management leadership and create targeted account programs that align to the overall demand generation strategy.
- Partner with ABM manager on targeted account programs that align to the overall demand generation strategy.
- Work directly with sales enablement, product marketing, and field marketing to ensure campaigns support marketing and sales goals.
- Measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand activities on sales pipeline.
- Work closely with our BDR and AM teams to tailor the broad marketing messaging for “one-to-few” outreach programs.

- 2-3 years of experience creating marketing campaigns
- Proven experience writing concise and impactful email communications
- Collaborative personality willing to work with key leaders to achieve business goals
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment

The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
