Serves as a liaison between principal, staff, students and public
Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and putsit in usable form. This includes preparing non-certified payroll records, maintaining personnel leave records, handling affairs for substitute teachers
Renders assistance as needed to teachers in preparing instructional materials
Assists other office personnel in the routines associated with a productive school office.
Renders assistance in the absence of the school nurse.
Assumes such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Principal
