quality engineer will help develop and implement preventive quality
plans to build quality into product design and processes. You will work
in a matrixed environment with creativity, precision and effective
communication. You will also have interactions with internal and
external customer. You will be reporting to the Team Lead Product and
Quality - LVD & LCS. Your Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical
product documentation. Provide design input, propose risk mitigation
actions, and fit for use to product development teams. Help develop and
implement New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning to build
quality into the design and process. Help perform risk assessment and
implement early preventive mitigation plans. Analytical and
problem-solving competency to improve performance results. Use
dashboards and metrics to drive ongoing continuous improvement. Lead
Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure corrective and preventive
action planning, address true and systemic root cause, and eliminates
repeats. Apply quality design methodologies, tools and techniques (e.g.
Design for Six Sigma, Design for Reliability, Failure Mode Effect
Analysis) incrementally and throughout product development. The
Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor\'s Degree in Relevant Field Legal
authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor

in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 3 years
in quality, manufacturing or field service engineering. 1 years in New

matrix organization. Problem-solving skills to drive performance
results. Experience in QA tools and methodologies. Experience with
