Role Description
1. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. 2. Must be a leader that sets standards and expectations through his or her character, integrity, ethics, and personality. 3. Able to deliver, project, and motivate students or corporate employees through effective training methodologies both as a group and individually in the classroom. 4. Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of self learning programs across the organization for the support of the organization’s needs. 5. Coordinating with individual departments (institutes) to outline deliverables to students and expectations. 6. Proactively work with the management team to identify areas of execution and accomplish the tasks then and there without any backlogs. 7. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. 8. Create high-quality deliverables within then and there provided by the management team. 9. Able to travel on a flexible schedule, including weekdays, to accomplish training under supervisor coverage. 10. Must be willing to travel to any location in South India (Andhra, Telangana & Karnataka). 11. Maintain proper data and daily reports of students’ individual branches
Job Description :
Trainer Roles Experience: Minimum 2–5 years
Location: Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka, & Kerala
Budget: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹6 LPA Educational
Qualification: PG required (M.Tech./MCA/M.Sc.)
Skills Required:
1.Big Data Engineer: Proficiency in Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Apache Pig, and Spark
2.Introduction to Python: Mastery of Python Fundamentals, NumPy, Pandas, RegEx, and foundational Data Science concepts with Machine Learning models
3.Machine Learning with Watson Studio: Expertise in ML techniques
4.Cloud Application Developer: Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud fundamentals (including Basics of Kubernetes and Node.js)
5.Data Visualization: Proficiency in R and Python, along with basic mathematics (statistics and probability) , and visualization techniques using R and Python
6.Business Intelligence: Familiarity with Cognos
7.Artificial Intelligence Analyst: Skills in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing 8.Cybersecurity with Guardium: Understanding Cybersecurity Principles
