Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Intern who will assist learners with their queries, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to delivering a smooth and helpful support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to learner queries via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward solutions
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant teams
- Document support interactions and learner feedback
- Ensure a positive and professional support experience
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of customer service tools (a plus)
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately
- Available to work on-site, 6 days a week
- Immediate joiners only
