Role: PROJECT LEAD
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc., or equivalent
Experience: 6-8 Year(s) of Experience in PHP, MySQL.

Requirements:

Professional experience in developing solid PHP applications
Using PHP Frameworks such as Code Igniter and CakePHP
Working with SQL and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB)
Experience in Cryptography and Crypto-currencies
Blockchain based projects with in-depth understanding of the working, functionalities, platforms, and programming
Contingency prevention planning and solving ability in complex blockchain projects
Blockchain platform knowledge and work experience
Experience with web technologies JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, XML, enterprise application integration, security, performance & scalability

Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems within the group
Peer reviews, task allocation, Planning & Estimation
Ability to help PM/Sr. PM to conceptualize, design, construct, test, and implement technology solutions
Publishing project best practice, reuse & tools at organization level
Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Process implementation & continuous improvement, Quality Assurance & Quality control
Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participate as a team member and foster teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity
