Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify new clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Qualify leads and set introductory meetings for internal account managers or leadership.
Understand client pain points and effectively pitch staffing solutions that address their needs.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to align client demand with candidate availability.
Maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM and provide weekly status reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation; experience in staffing or recruiting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven and comfortable working independently on a performance-based contract.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and outreach tools such as Bullhorn and Zoominfo.
