Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming client referrals via phone, email, and online
platforms
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for potential clients
Enter client information accurately into the EHR system
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during the intake process
Collaborate with clinicians and the administrative team to ensure a smooth
onboarding experience
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in a healthcare or
mental health setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
