We are looking to add a Project Administrator only in the Virginia area.
The Project Administrator is responsible for all administrative functions related to the projects for customer from billing, coordination and assisting the Program Manager. This position will have general administrative support to the Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities - Project Administrator
Assist project management teams in all administration functions and processes
Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures
Attend all project meetings and capture meeting details Maintain and update budgets as project progresses
Calculate project metrics including quality assurance, profits and losses
Ability to support multiple work assignments simultaneously and establish priorities
Interface with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and Unlimited Technology team members across the company and its divisions
Create Projects in Sedona and other system tools as customer contracts are received
Communicate pertinent information between management and staff
Advise staff on adherence to set budgets and project schedule
Collaborate on project presentations
Analyze project data and produce progress reports
Foster positive and productive internal and external stakeholder relationship
Experiences & Knowledge
High School Diploma or Associates Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
At least 1-2 years experience in administrative support
Proficient in the use of a computer, word and excel knowledge required
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well and interact with internal/external suppliers and customers.
Strong work ethic and teamwork; "can do" attitude and desire to provide best service. Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
Must be a self starter and quick learner
Self-organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
Pay Range
$50,000-$62,500 USD
