Are you a proactive, results-oriented HR leader with a knack for managing it all? The HR Generalist position puts you at the heart of policy implementation, employee relations, and strategic recruitment initiatives! You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR strategies that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring effective resolution of employee relations and performance management concerns
Develop and enhance recruitment strategies to source exceptional talent, meet company growth plans, and align candidates with corporate values.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, assisting employees with inquiries and conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance and equity.
Drive professional development initiatives, crafting and executing training programs that close skill gaps and foster team growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree or PHR/SPHR certification is a major plus.
A minimum of three years of HR generalist experience with demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance management.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices at the state and federal level.
Stellar interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
