Our Client, an EV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Requirements Data Analyst for their Irvine, CA/ Orange County, CA/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and sort requirement data, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of the requirements management tool
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Build automations where required, to help support data management/analysis
Data Organization and Analysis:
Receive, organize, and sort requirement data, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
Clean and transform data to meet project requirements and data structure standards.
Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Requirements Tool Administration:
Assist in the administration and maintenance of the requirements management tool
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the requirements tool.
Provide user support and training on the requirements tool.
Project Setup And Data Structure:
Assist in the creation and configuration of projects within the requirements tool.
Define and implement data structures, models, and attributes to support requirement management processes.
Ensure data traceability and consistency across projects.
Work with the process team to ensure data structures are in line with process development.
Collaboration And Communication:
Work closely with systems engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and needs.
Communicate data related information effectively to all relevant parties.
Document processes and procedures related to data management and tool administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
Experience with data analysis and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to code in Python is highly desirable.
Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama Connect, Polarion) is highly desirable
