We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition Team in San Diego, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the talent attraction and employer branding programs including social media, recruitment marketing and advertising, employee referral, Career Site, and related technology platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Talent Insights market intelligence tool and LinkedIn Recruiter for business users). This role provides user support and training, tracking campaign metrics, and enhancing the employee experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading multiple enterprise-wide TA Programs including Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding and promoting Candidate Experience initiatives.
Partner with advertising suppliers, internal communications and publications to develop and execute Social Media marketing campaigns.
Manage employee testimonials, branding content, and career site advertising.
Lead digital campaign strategies.
Ensures consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Execute the Employee Referral Program and communications.
Manage the recruitment advertising career site optimization.
CRM talent community engagement and career event strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Create and maintain related process documentation for all Talent Attraction & Employer Branding team and within scope of responsibility.
Through customer focused program management and data analytics, identify opportunities for improvement, innovate service offerings, and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Lead project reviews with business stakeholders.
Deliver program and process training across the enterprise that improve service deliverables.
Develop and maintain talent community dashboards, track program metrics, and provide detailed reporting to leadership on the performance and impact of programs.
Manage TA supplier relationships to ensure cooperative partnerships, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and end-user experience.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including IT, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Contracts & Purchasing, to implement program and business process enhancements, optimize functionality, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
Assist TA Programs and Systems team with department related activities and events to support communication and promote a cohesive, engaging work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and five or more years of employer branding project administration experience. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Must demonstrate a broad understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes.
Must be customer focused and possess:
The ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings

Experience in building, implementing, and sustaining programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy.
