Job Title: Electronic Test Engineer
Job Description
The Electronic Test Engineer will be an integral part of the R&D team, contributing to the development of the next-generation robotic platform that aims to revolutionize healthcare. This position involves working on complex electro-mechanical assemblies, from proto@type to verification builds and tests, within a regulated medical device development environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed testing of electronic printed circuit boards.
Debug electronic issues and perform soldering and mechanical reworks related to PCBAs.
Construct proto@type cables and harnesses for testing.
Update eCAD part libraries.
Utilize electronic equipment like oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters.
Perform PCB rework and electronic testing.
Essential Skills
10+ years of experience in testing electronics.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in heavily-regulated industries such as medical devices or aerospace.
Proficiency in evaluating Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, BISS-C, motor commutation.
Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and solder cable assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in medical or automotive manufacturing industries.
Interest in late-stage manufacturing and formal documentation.
Maintenance of lab and electric equipment.
Risk management in electronics and PCB.
Circuit analysis involving mixed signal, digital, and analog.
Electromechanical motors experience and motor control.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
