Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project construction site. The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding new employees, managing documentation, and providing general office support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new employees, including completing i9 forms electronically.
Communicate effectively with team members and new hires.
Support timesheet management and order entry with a keen attention to detail.
Process ID documents and coordinate to ensure timely submission to payroll.
Provide general office duties and maintain an organized office environment.
Help answer basic questions, assist new hires with logging into computers, connecting to Wi-Fi, and navigating to the next training.
Collaborate with the project manager to alleviate workload and improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications Required
2+ years of administrative experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in electronic documentation and office software.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
The work environment is an office trailer located at the project construction site in Memphis, TN. The position involves working 30-40 hours per week, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
