Job Description
One of our largest non-profit clients is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for one of their departments. This role is backfilling an active full time employee while they are supporting a large company initiative. In this position you will be responsible for (with assistance/training) but not limited to:
Minor event planning (i.e. identifying caterer, scheduling facilities/rooms) for Nursing Intern cohorts
Entering and maintaining contracts in the internal CLM system (will learn on job)
Ordering departmental supplies
Coordination education opportunities with educational partners for nursing staff
Admin support for travel, employee reimbursement, meeting scheduling etc.

Skills and Requirements
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, ppt, outlook, word etc.)
Comfortable navigating through different web based systems
i.e. concur for travel, internal CLM (will learn on job) for contracts, ServiceNow for financial payments
Ability to work independently with little supervision
HS Diploma - Previous healthcare experience
Bachelor's degree preferred null
