Direct Hire RN (Operating Room) Role $46-$56 per hour in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room (OR) team in a part-time, day shift role. You will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standard of care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and best practices.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses before, during, and after surgery.
Maintain a sterile and safe environment by adhering to established protocols.
Accurately document patient care activities and outcomes in a timely manner.
Actively participate in pre-op and post-op care coordination with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Prior Operating Room experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work part-time day shifts, with flexibility for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
Conditions of Employment:
