Direct Hire Nurse Educator (ONC) Role $110,000-$120,000 per year in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Clinical Magnet is looking for an RN Clinical Educator (Wound Care) to join our partner's full-time team in the Philadelphia, PA area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.
Key Responsibilities for the Clinical Educator:
Serve in a consultant, educator, or administrator role within the nursing department, to assure the provision of optimal patient care with wound, ostomy, or continence concerns
Take part in patient care assessment as well as teaching and support of patient and caregiver for stomas, complex wounds, fistulae, etc.
Key Requirements for the Clinical Educator:
2+ years of experience in Med-Surg nursing
Certified Would Ostomy Nurse (CWON) or Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (CWOCN) is required
Experience educating other nurses or patients is a bonus
Current RN license in PA
Bachelor's of Nursing required, Master's Degree is strongly preferred
Compensation and Schedule for the Clinical Educator:
Target salary is $110,000-$120,000, dependent on experience
