Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Senior Project Manager in Private Banking and Wealth Management within the BFSI domain. This full-time role is based in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad, offering an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant work experience and possess critical skills in wealth management, stakeholder management, and private banking products.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in wealth management, with the ability to analyze financial assets and provide effective solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Strong background in stakeholder management, ensuring project alignment with business goals and effective communication between parties (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in private banking products, understanding complex products and providing insights to meet client needs (Mandatory skill).
- Strong PM skills with good exposure to Wealth domains and Wealth journeys on Customer mobile app.
- Good understanding of any of the Personal Wealth products is desired.
- Compliance and Regulatory initiatives within Private Banking and Wealth.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, facilitating project processes and encouraging a collaborative work environment.
- Capability to lead digital transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and guiding them towards project success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex project challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and concise dialogue with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
