Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with venues, speakers, and partners for upcoming workshops and meetups
- Help manage logistics like travel, merchandise, and event materials
- Track tasks and maintain checklists for smooth execution
- Support the team with outreach and follow-ups via email or calls
- Maintain communication with local volunteers and city leads
- Update internal documents and reports (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)
- Assist during workshops and events to ensure things run on time
- Handle basic operational issues and report to the core team
