Are you an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership? Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious client to find a skilled Senior Administrative Assistant in your area! In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to senior executives or department heads. You'll be responsible for managing schedules, handling sensitive information, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and schedule appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas
Arrange and oversee travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and ensure the smooth flow of communication for senior leadership
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
Support event planning, staff meetings, and key business initiatives by coordinating logistics and preparing materials
Monitor office budgets, handle expense reports, and track team expenditures for leadership review
Offer mentorship and occasional guidance to junior administrative staff as required.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years in an administrative or executive assistant role, with experience supporting senior leaders preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with calendar management tools and communication platforms like Zoom or Teams is a plus.
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred but not required; high school diploma is required.
Dependable, resourceful, and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure settings.
