Job Summary:
This role will lead an engagement team in conducting construction audits, performing contract reviews, assessing design and construction invoicing, reviewing policies and procedures, and verifying project status reporting with a primary objective to assess risk impacting successful project completion.
Qualification and Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree

10 years of experience in accounting, finance, engineering, or quality management systems, cost control, construction/project management

CPA, CIA, CCA, CQA, or similar certification preferred but not required

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to create good rapport with clients, colleagues and build relationships effectively

Ability to represent Talson and its services, including conducting presentations

Strong written and oral communication skills

High level of self-initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a team
