Description
Robert Half is searching for a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients, a dynamic and professional organization. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-level administrative support to executives and high-performing teams. You'll manage complex schedules, streamline processes, and oversee critical communications. This position demands the ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and anticipate organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and other critical documents for leadership meetings and projects
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
Plan and manage logistics for executive travel, including itineraries, flight bookings, and accommodations
Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and management of departmental expenditures
Coordinate and support company-wide events, team meetings, and other organizational initiatives as needed
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrative staff to ensure team effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in an administrative role, with a focus on executive support or senior-level assistance.
Superior organizational ability, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools; knowledge of SAP or financial reporting software preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred; high school diploma required.
Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
