Key R[esponsibilities
Develop and implement safety and environmental programs aligned with OSHA and local standards.
Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure best practices.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Deliver safety training, including PPE usage and hazard recognition.
Facilitate regular toolbox talks and emergency drills.
Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
Collaborate with field teams and management to promote a proactive safety culture.
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in construction or electrical safety roles.
OSHA 10/30, Forklift, Crane or CHST certifications preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and state-specific regulations.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Valid drivers license; regular travel to job sites required.
