ABOUT US: THE GCC TEAM
The global capability centres (GCC) ecosystem in India is thriving, with over 1,700 GCCs generating $65 billion+ in export revenue and employing more than 2 million people, as per the latest India GCC landscape report. Last year, 20% of the top 200 global companies, as listed by Forbes, established GCCs in India.
Tech Mahindra has been a pioneer in providing transformation services to the Global Capability Centers for more than a decade. At present, Tech Mahindra is rapidly expanding its footprint in Global Capability Centers (GCC) space and is looking for smart, aggressive and motivated sales professionals to manage existing business and also for business development in new accounts.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The candidate shall be responsible for delivering profitable growth in the GCC segment. The candidate must be willing to superscale existing GCC accounts as well as onboard new customers from the GCC segment.
The candidate must have a deep and thorough understanding of the GCC market, its unique requirements, dynamics & GCC market-related competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise.
QUALIFICATION FOR THE ROLE
- Seasoned business operator with a track record of successfully running large GCC / large MNCs / Fortune 500 customers based in India in BFSI, Manufacturing, Hitech, HLS, Automotive sectors.
- 6-10 years of experience working in a similar global or local IT Services Organization(s)
- Engineering Graduate, MBA from reputed institutes is preferable.
- Experienced in selling and delivering complex services solutions across industries and service horizontals.
- Excellent communication skills, which includes story / narration building with customer, presentation skills, etc.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with strategy team, delivery teams, marketing team and global account teams to create and execute account growth plan.
- Accountability to bring profitable growth in given set of accounts. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the account P&L.
- Engaging with customers with various engagement models like T&M, Fixed Capacity, Delivery PODs, Managed Services, Outcome based services, etc.
- Cross selling and upselling various services of Tech Mahindra including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Engineering Services, Consulting Services, Digital Transformation services, etc.
- Increase the wallet share of Tech Mahindra in existing accounts through deep account mining, CXO relationship management, ensuring proper account governance, account based marketing and other such initiatives.
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Identification of MHA accounts and making and executing plans to sign deals with these prospective customers.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to customers and contributing to their success by delivering various above mentioned services.
