Job Description - Marketing Associate Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our growth and marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our Marketing department, conduct market research, and assist in the execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department.
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
● Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., traffic, conversion rates).
● Create comprehensive reports on marketing and sales metrics.
● Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
● Drive key growth initiatives with constant cross team collaboration
● Maintain organized records of growth and marketing metrics and campaign results.
● Take ownership of sale event IPs and emerging categories like perfumes, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Fresh Graduates with 0-2 years of experience.
● Bachelor's Degree.
● Analytical & Logical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
● Data Connection: Skillful in connecting data points and proposing data-driven recommendations.
● Numerical Proficiency: Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
● Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing marketing trends and technological advancements.
● Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting. ● Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a team-based environment.
